X80i System: What It Does and Who It’s For

The X80i system is Pinnacle’s best-selling machine worldwide — the line most factories standardize on when one machine has to cover the whole order book. It runs 80 profile sizes with fully automatic changeover at material up to 12 gauge (2.5 mm), which means villas on Monday, mid-rise load-bearing panels on Wednesday and light commercial the rest of the week, without a single manual tooling swap.

Profiles leave the X80i system punched, dimple-lock ready and inkjet-labeled with their panel and position, so downstream assembly is jig work, not measurement work.
